A Baby Shower For Whitney

My friend Whitney is expecting her first little one in November & I was blessed with the opportunity of taking photos at her shower. They decorated adorably and I loved all of the small details. Little miss Bentlee received so many stylish outfits and is going to be a beautiful & well-dressed baby girl. I'm so excited for Caleb & Whitney and the joy they are going to experience as parents!

Alyssa: a talented singer & musician!

Years ago I used to watch and play with Alyssa during Sunday night services at church & now I had the opportunity to photograph her for the CD she is recording! She is such a sweet girl who loves Jesus and we had such a good time taking pictures & enjoying the natural backdrop that God provided for us!

 

My Sweet Boy

I told myself I wouldn't flood my blog with pictures of my awesome son, but I just couldn't resist with these!! Yesterday was that kind of day where we had nothing planned so I created a little in-home studio and had some fun with Brody. This first picture is extra special to me because the guitar belonged to my grandpa who I unfortunately never got to meet, as he passed away 2 days before I was born. I love the moments when Jon plays this guitar for Brody & I can't wait for the day when he learns his first chords on this guitar!

Braylie Turns One

Braylie sure gave me a run for my money & not even my craziest of tricks or loud noises could make her smile big for me, but either way she has such a cute & sweet little face! She is about to celebrate her 1st birthday and here are a few photos from our session.

Stephanie is one of my very good friends from college and she and her husband [Alex] just came down to visit from Seattle. They willingly let me introduce them to the AZ summer heat by taking them out for a little photo fun after just celebrating their 1st wedding anniversary :) It was so good to spend time with Steph and to see her so happy & in love!

I had the opportunity to take pictures of this cute little girl and as you can see, she made it a lot of fun! She has such a funny personality and was cracking me up with her squirt bottle & how much she was enjoying wetting herself down--can't blame her though when it was 110 degrees for our outdoor photo shoot!

Michelle Marie

Michelle and I have been friends since we were in early elementary school and over the years all we have done is laugh hysterically & have tons of fun together. Michelle was the first person I could think of to take out and snap pictures of-- she is absolutely beautiful, very photogenic, so fun to be with, & not to mention she can sing like no one's business! I love this girl and am very thankful for our friendship.
