Ryan & Jennifer Are ENGAGED!!!

I just had the opportunity of meeting this sweet family at our photo session last weekend. Collin is their 2 year old son who loves Mater & McQueen and he did an excellent job posing for my camera! Ryan and Jennifer are engaged to be married next month and I'm so excited to photograph their special day for them :) Congratulations to both of you!!

A Beautiful Baby Shower + A Beautiful Mommy-To-Be

One of my great friends, Nicole, is about to be a sweet little mommy & last weekend we celebrated her, Brad & baby Ethan. Nicole's family and friends gave her such an adorable shower where she and Brad were blessed with many gifts to help them welcome their new son next month! I loved getting to capture all of the small details and hard work that went into making her shower so special. As you can see from the photos I posted- Nicole is absolutely glowing with her pregnancy and just looks so pretty! 

A Girl & Her Horse

Goldie the beautiful horse and Riley the beautiful cowgirl! I've known Riley since she was a newborn baby girl, I used to babysit her when I was in junior high, and to this day I can specifically remember her calling me out of a room, when she was about one year old, by knocking on the door & in a deep voice saying, 'errrca, open da doooor!' :) And now, over 10 years later, I got to go in her backyard and take pictures of her and her awesome horse. Riley is such a natural with Goldie and can ride and command her like an expert, it's pretty impressive!! Thanks Riley for putting on a fun show for me to shoot & thank you Goldie for taking it easy on me while I had a camera in your face for over an hour! ;)

The A-DOR-ABLE Little Man Quinton Wayne

Welcome to the world baby Quinton!! It wasn't too long ago that I had one of my favorite family/maternity shoots with Thomas, Stefany, and Daphne & now I get to share these sweet photos of the newest member in their family. Quinton is just two weeks old and he was such an excellent newborn to photograph. And a [baby boy] newborn session it was- he peed on his daddy, had blowouts, and made us take a feeding break for him :) I love it!! He was just introducing his mommy and daddy to the fun and crazy world of boys.

Our Little Man Is TWO Today!!!

Happy 2nd Birthday to the greatest son in the world!! Two years ago Jon & I were blessed with Brody & he instantly became the biggest joy in our lives. I never knew that I could love someone so much and over the past two years I love him more and more every day. He is such a funny, crazy, loving, busy, handsome, special, & sweet little guy and I am so blessed to be his mama! I love seeing him grow and learn new things every day but it is going by waaaay two fast!! A few of his favorite things are sucking his thumb, his dog Rugar, his 'ownit' (blanket), 'sinc' (Monsters Inc) which is quickly becoming my least favorite movie, all of his cousins, 'yoooce' (juice) & berries :) With a little bribing of skittles & nana's assistance I took some two year old pictures of him yesterday- hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
